Heritage Regina appoints new Vice President Nathaniel Hak, recognises outgoing Vice President Susan Hollinger

Welcoming newly appointed Vice President Nathaniel Hak.

At our 2026 Annual General Meeting in May, we were delighted to appoint Nathaniel Hak as our new Vice President.
Nathaniel started with Heritage Regina as a Social Media Associate in the fall of 2023. After finishing his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology degree at the University of Regina in the summer of 2025, he resigned from his staff position and became a member of our board of directors.

Susan Hollinger has served as Vice-President of Heritage Regina for the past ten years, providing steady leadership, thoughtful guidance, and an unwavering commitment to the preservation of Regina’s heritage. Throughout a decade of significant growth and change, Susan has been a trusted advisor, a strong advocate for heritage conservation, and a dedicated ambassador for the organization.
Her calm perspective, institutional knowledge, and collaborative approach have helped Heritage Regina navigate challenges, expand programming, strengthen governance, and advance its mission of preserving and celebrating Regina’s history and cultural identity. Susan’s contributions have touched nearly every aspect of the organization, from strategic planning and advocacy to community engagement and special projects.
As Susan steps into her new role as an ex officio Board Member, Heritage Regina extends its deepest gratitude for her decade of service as Vice-President. We are fortunate that her wisdom, experience, and passion for heritage will continue to guide our work. On behalf of the Board, staff, volunteers, and members, thank you, Susan, for your invaluable contributions and steadfast dedication to Heritage Regina.
