Help us kick off our summer walking tour series by joining Robin Adney to learn about the 1912 Tornado that shook Regina to its core.  As you walk through Regina’s Downtown, Robin will share stories of the storm of the century and the impact on Saskatchewan’s capital and its citizens.

History lovers and car enthusiasts take note! Join Dale Johnson, an award-winning automotive journalist and author, on a walking tour of the early car dealerships in the Queen City.

EDWARDIAN GARDENS AND MCNAB NEIGHBOURHOOD

Join Government House staff for a tour that explores Regina’s early 20th century history. The tour will kick off with a series of theatrical vignettes and includes the Edwardian Gardens and the historic McNab neighbourhood.

Meet at the main entrance to Government House (4607 Dewdney Avenue).

To add on a guided tour of Government House museum, arrive at 3 pm.

Join Sarah Schuweiler-Frizzell as she takes you on an informative and enlightening walk around the Lakeview area.  Let’s dish about the McCallum and Hill residences, find out why the Legislative Assembly site was chosen and learn other interesting historical tidbits of this area.
